Following the accident, our client developed neck pain and persistent headaches. An application was made to the Personal Injuries Resolution Board in the usual course.  He was anxious to resolve matters as soon as possible.  He was very pleased that the case was resolved so promptly when Brigid negotiated a fair compensation offer directly with the insurers for the driver at fault, without the necessity for a court appearance.  Our client was fairly compensated for his injuries and was reimbursed for the out of pocket expenses he had incurred.
