Prior to establishing Brigid O’Donnell Solicitors, a boutique litigation firm, Brigid O’Donnell, a native of Cashel, Tipperary spent 15 years working with other leading plaintiff litigation firms across Munster managing a large portfolio of complex, high value litigation cases.

Brigid has spent her career working exclusively in the area of litigation- specialising in medical negligence and personal injury cases. She represents clients who have suffered injuries-ranging from minor injuries to life changing, catastrophic injuries-as a result of medical negligence, or accidents.

She has completed numerous postgraduate qualifications, in which she has excelled, to ensure that she is always best placed to provide up to date, expert advices, in her chosen area of practice to her clients. As a result, she has developed a reputation for providing expert advices in the area of litigation.

Brigid O’Donnell, Solicitor, has extensive experience in the area of medical negligence cases involving birth injuries, delayed cancer diagnosis, surgical errors and negligence resulting in fatal injuries claims. Brigid has a particular interest in issues concerning women’s health. She has experience in the area of product liability, particularly with regard to medical negligence cases.
